Inside Sales Representative

Webroot is currently seeking several highly-motivated Inside Sales Reps for our Enterprise Inside Sales Team.  The Inside Sales Reps will be responsible for selling Webroot Security Enterprise SaaS Solutions to small and medium size businesses.  This involves making high volume cold calls from assigned target lists, and responding to incoming leads in order to identify, qualify and close sales opportunities for Webroot’s Enterprise SaaS Solutions, ultimately meeting or exceeding individual sales goals/quotas.  This role also involves working with Desktop and Field Sales teams to cross-sell and up-sell Enterprise SaaS Security Solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain an in-depth knowledge of Webroot’s products and markets
  • Generate and follow up on provided sales leads to meet or exceed assigned quota
  • Qualify direct sales opportunities in SMB security market and drive the full lifecycle sales process from identification through to closing
  • Provide competitive feedback for assigned geographic territory
  • Must be able to handle heavy call volume in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct web presentations to prospective customers

Required Skills and Experience

  • BS degree from accredited college/university
  • 2-3 years of sales experience (inside sales preferred) in fast-paced sales environment
  • Technology or business services sales experience such as, but not limited to PC’s, copiers, fax machines, payroll services, HR services, etc.
  • Demonstrated cold calling ability with success in high call volume environments
  • Requires highly motivated individual with an aggressive/assertive and competitive personality
  • Ideal candidate will be driven by willingness for financial success
  • Strong phone, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent follow-up abilities
  • Good business acumen
  • Software sales experience a plus
  • Prior professional sales training preferred
  • Security software exposure a plus
