David Huberman, General Counsel
David Huberman is responsible for the legal affairs of the company, including corporate transactions, licensing, intellectual property, general corporate matters, governance and compliance.
Prior to joining Webroot, Huberman was Assistant General Counsel at Intrado Inc., a leading provider of emergency communications services and systems. Huberman brings to Webroot more than a decade of experience negotiating complex transactions, forging strategic relationships, and handling a broad range of legal and regulatory matters in both private and public company settings. Prior to joining Intrado, Huberman was an attorney with the Washington, DC law firm Wiley, Rein & Fielding.
Huberman earned his law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Denver, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy Studies from Duke University.
