René Cirulli, VP, Worldwide Recruiting
René Cirulli brings over 20 years of recruiting and business experience in the information technology industry with a track record of delivering results. Cirulli is responsible for driving the overall recruitment strategy worldwide that enables Webroot to achieve its growth objectives. Cirulli is skilled at identifying and hiring the appropriate leadership and talent through the various stages of a company's growth. Cirulli’s vision, innovative strategies and passion have transformed each company's approach to recruiting and have fully maximized their business opportunities.
Prior to joining Webroot, Cirulli was the Principal of her own boutique executive search firm, The Cirulli Group. Cirulli was also a founding member and Chief Recruiting Officer at Callisma. Previously Cirulli served as VP of Worldwide Recruiting at International Network Services where she built an industry renowned "recruiting engine". INS made history with an IPO in 1996 as the first publicly traded network consulting firm in the world. Cirulli’s organization grew INS from 40 employees in 1994 to over 2200 resulting in revenue growth from $7M to $300M when Lucent Technologies acquired INS in 1999. Previous to INS, Cirulli spent eight years at Unisys where she was responsible for recruiting on a national level.
Cirulli is a graduate of Northeastern University.
