Vendor Dispute Submission

There are times when a software vendor may feel that its product has been unfairly or inaccurately identified by Webroot. When this occurs, Webroot offers an online form whereby the vendor can submit an inquiry to Webroot for further examination and resolution.

Please use the form below if you feel your software has been incorrectly identified by Webroot. Only the software vendor making the claim may complete the form.

Webroot will address your request and contact you once our review is complete. Incomplete submissions and requests that are not deemed to be genuine will not be processed. A representative from Webroot will contact you via the email address provided in the completed form if further information is needed.
