Webroot and FI Delaware Settle Lawsuit

Broomfield, Colo., August 3, 2012

Webroot, a leader in delivering Internet security as a service, and FI Delaware, Inc., formerly Finjan, Inc., today announced that the companies have reached a mutually agreed settlement in the patent infringement case that FI Delaware filed against Webroot and several other security companies in July 2010. The terms of the settlement remain confidential.
