The keycode is a string of 20 capital letters that begin with 'SS'. It is unique and holds the information in regards to your subscription.

Most often this is due to installing with the wrong keycode as many of our customers acquire multiple keycodes over the years.
If it does not, then you need to reinstall. Follow the directions in the e-mail and use the keycode provided.
