7/9/2007 - Webroot Child Safe is now Webroot Parental Controls. While the Child Safe name is going away, its comprehensive protection is not. In fact, Webroot Parental Controls has been upgraded to now include additional features to protect your family.
Current Child Safe subscribers can request an update to Webroot Parental Controls by following these steps:

- Fill in the appropriate information and an email containing your update and download instructions will be sent to you.
6/5/2007 - Webroot has just released the latest update to our award-winning Spy Sweeper and Spy Sweeper with Antivirus products! Version 5.5 of these products is now available to all current and new subscribers for download. New 5.5 features include:
- Inbound and outbound email attachment scanning
- Enhanced real-time threat protections
- Improved speed and performance
Current subscribers can request an update to Spy Sweeper by following these steps:

3/29/2007 - Spy Sweeper desktop users may receive an Alert prompting them to register the software. This alert was most likely created in error and you should be able to resolve the issue by clicking the "Register later" button and rebooting your PC. If you continue to encounter the Alert, or would like additional information, click here to view our Knowledge Base article. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you purchased online, and have not had the chance to download your program, please go to www.findmyorder.com, and enter in your purchase information. You will then be provided download links for your new software.
If you recently renewed, and your program is still showing expired, please open up your Spy Sweeper program and check for updates. Once your program is updated, you should see your subscription date extended within your program.
