    3 years ago we were looking to change AV software from one we had for 10+ years, after stumbling across Webroot and cautiously testing it and rolling it out to our corporate environment its been an excellent choice and one with no regrets. Local support in Australia with knowledgeable staff is something I did NOT expect from an security software. the software is always improving with great features too. Highly recommend it and worth giving it a try at least.

    Since moving to Webroot we have seen a dramatic reduction in malware and viruses getting to our machines. Not only our office machines, but since the solution is hosted all of our laptops and mobile users are protected whether or not they are behind our firewall. Our filtering policies are more reliable and enforceable than ever before and reporting capabilites are better than anything we have used in the past, including on-premise and hosted solutions.

    Our staff is very pleased with the performance, and ease of use of the Webroot product family. It has served us well over the last few years, and our IT staff find it very effective and easy to use. I also have purchased the Secureanywhere product for my personal home use, as I have been thoroughly impressed with it at work. A+

    Given the current economic times many IT Managers are reviewing products purely based on cost, for us this was a bonus on top of the functionality provided by Webroot, this product has demonstrated superior capabilities in handling unwanted emails and has also significantly contributed to lowering the volume of downloaded data from the Internet, which has an additional cost saving compared to our previous vendor. I can only see positives in our move to the Webroot product, and it couldn't come soon enough, well done

    We have gone through many antivirus solutions and am currently using Webroot. The latest version works very well with our over 500 installations. Half of the installs are on Terminal Servers both 2003 and 2008. Our incidents of infected servers and workstations have dropped significantly since moving to Webroot.

    Layered security involving products from multiple vendors can very occasionally produce unexpected results. Each incident must be evaluated on an individual basis by our team. Our Support and Development Teams are committed to customer success, and can work with you to diagnose and remediate any issues that result in unexpected blockage of access to sites. In situations where the issue is the result of a newly discovered bug in our product, fixes are prioritized in the development backlog for future releases. In the event current customer configuration is at fault, every effort is made to provide guidance for making any necessary changes to resolve the issue.

    We've had a few issues with the proxy server not allowing users access when there is nothing wrong at our end, this usually means that we need to change the proxy settings so we end up with US centric websites and defaults. Getting support can be somewhat tiresome as they work office hours. All in all I am pleased with the control and performance. Mike R - Webroot Community Support
