If you bought a Webroot SecureAnywhere subscription through Best Buy, The Geek Squad or part of Total Tech Support (Hint: your Credit Card Statement will display Webroot Yearly Plan from MN), please reach out to the Webroot Best Buy Assurance Program at 1-800-433-5778 to address any account-related queries as Best Buy manages its Webroot accounts independently and we do not have access to their customer accounts to handle any updates, upgrades or refunds.

Your 10- or 11-digit invoice code number should start with either WIN, E, C or R, as well as the total amount you are requesting for refund. This information can be found on your receipt.
