How to find your keycode
If you use the Global Site Manager console and need your parent key:
- Log into your administration console.
- Click on the Settings tab.
- Click on the Account Information tab.
- Your parent keycode is listed below with devices purchased and days remaining information.
If you use the standard console:
- Log into your administration console.
- Click on the Keycodes tab under the SecureAnywhere® logo on the left side of the page.
- In the Manage Keycodes view, choose the keycode you want to renew from the list.
Note: If your account has multiple consoles, you see only the keycodes that are associated with your current console.
