World's Largest Technology Distributor to Expand Channel Sales of Webroot's Anti-spyware Software, Spy Sweeper Enterprise

BOULDER, CO - December 18, 2006

Webroot Software, the leading provider of anti-spyware software for consumer, enterprise and SMB markets, today announced a distribution agreement with Ingram Micro Inc. (NYSE: IM), the world's largest technology distributor. This alliance further demonstrates Webroot's commitment to strategically expand its channel relationships and extend the accessibility of its award-winning anti-spyware software, Spy Sweeper™ Enterprise.

Under terms of the agreement, Ingram Micro will distribute Spy Sweeper Enterprise in North America as well as provide marketing, training, and customer service and support to its Webroot resellers. Webroot will also provide a multitude of resources to assist Ingram Micro solution providers with their sales efforts by leveraging Webroot's national field-based channel account managers, systems engineers and inside sales team.
