Webroot's Privacy Policy

At Webroot, protecting your privacy is important to us. After all, online privacy and security is what we're all about. ("Webroot", "us", or "we", "our"), including the types of information we collect about you, how Webroot uses the information, and how we safeguard it. Unless specifically stated otherwise, this Privacy Policy applies to personal information, regardless of the location from where it was received and embodies the seven Safe Harbor Principles applicable to personal information received from the European Union and Switzerland ("EU").

The Privacy Policy addresses Webroot's collection, use and disclosure of personal information — such as your name, address, telephone number, email address, and credit card information ("Personal Information") — that we may gather any time you interact with us, such as when you visit the Webroot Website, www.webroot.com (collectively, the "Website"), purchase Webroot products, or when you call our customer support or sales departments.
