Redeem your 1-year Webroot subscription

Windows® 10 users

Windows 10 users may be prompted by the Microsoft operating system to Renew or Uninstall.

1. If prompted, click either the Renew or Uninstall option. Simply exit the page that opens.
2. Open your Webroot program and click the gear icon next to My Account.
3. Enter your keycode in the Activate a New Keycode field, then click Activate.
4. If a scan begins automatically, allow it to complete.

Non-Windows® 10 users

1. Open your Webroot program.
2. Click the gear icon next to My Account.
3. Enter your keycode in the Activate a New Keycode field, then click Activate.
4. If a scan begins automatically, allow it to complete.
